Be humble, Be human!

Although having happy childhood, loved by parents and friends, still at times I felt an emptiness in my heart, longing to have something more, something more complete. After a life long misery with failed relationships, God gave me you. But I’ve always had the fear if this would last? Will this love be forever? Is there an Happily ever after to this story? But then life changed, my fear came to pass, you left and I lost my path. I was broken. The emptiness was more now. Slow times in the darkness of the night, crying, hugging my pillow tight was my life. Wanting to move on, but waiting for you to come back. In time I learnt to embrace this pain but I will never give up on us! Maybe life will give me a second chance, maybe not. Writing with love, stuck in the stillness of time, just wanting to be happy again!

Our paths might have changed. Circumstances have made us do things which we may not accept or even regret some days or even years from now. We have left people behind in search of our destiny and lives, forgetting that the journey would be better alongside the ones who love us rather than the ones we love. Life can be ruthless especially to the ones who get left behind. Amidst lies a glimpse of hope, a desire in our hearts to feel loved once again but now hoping not to be left behind. It may never be the same again, but true love does not fade away with time but the pain eventually does. Memories haunt us in the shadow of the night with tears soaking our pillows. Living a lie and faking a smile becomes a part of our everyday lives. Moving on is not always an option. Waiting selflessly in love, hoping that someday everything will go back to the way they were, leaves one broken. Everything in life has an end including life itself, it’s just about how it ends. Everyone has a love story, some even more than one. Not all love stories end well, some even tragic. But I believe everyone has a story to say, be it good or bad. It's always magical when one sees that special someone for the first time, that someone who changes their lives, someone whose name brings a smile across their face. Love, it's left unexpressed by most, many are left with broken hearts but a few are made for each other. No matter how  it ends, we always care for that person and we take that extra step to make them happy. No matter where our lives takes us, these memories will always bring a smile, it might be painful at times but I guess it's what makes us who we are today.  Most love stories aren't successful but the ones which fail are usually the most truthful ones.
